The communist state of Arstotzka has just ended a 6-year war with neighboring Kolechia and reclaimed its rightful half of the border town, Grestin.

As an immigration inspector, it is your responsibility to manage the flow of persons coming from Kolechia into the Arstotzkan side of Grestin. Terrorists, spies, and covert smugglers can be found among the masses of asylum seekers and immigrants.

You have to determine who gets into Arstotzka and who gets turned away or jailed, using only the documentation that visitors have brought with them and the outdated inspect, search, and fingerprint procedures of the Ministry of Admission.
